starting a battle

I can't seem to start a battle, I can move around the city and I have almost 200 food, but when I click the battle button, nothing happens. I tried it in the arena too. I can't find a bug section in the forum, so i'm posting it here

  Hi linkVajk,

  Please update to latest build 1.11.1. This should fix your problem.

  I'm playing through Kongregate... If it doesnt update on its own I dont know how to

  If you are on Kongregate, please try to clear the browser cache.
