The current Troop management system is AWFUL. For one thing, it's hidden away so some players can't even find it. Then once you find it, the Troop selection is tedious and annoying, as you have to swipe through allllllll the legendary and rare troops most players are never even going to see before you get to the commons that most people are going to have any chance of creating. And then you have to click into each one to see how far advanced it is toward being able to summon, or how many of its relics you've found. This is all absolute nonsense.
With so many different troops, you should have a dedicated building for them on the City screen, and once you go in you should be given a side-menu with each Troop's icon visible at once in an easily-selectable grid, and once you select one then more info should appear on the opposite side: list any you've already summoned, show what level they are if you have, show how many "loose" relics you've collected so far and how far those would progress you toward summoning another one. If you select an already-summoned troop, then display more information below THAT: what the troop's power-levels and skills are, how many relics they have/need for promotion, what hero they're currently assigned to. Keep a little box in the corner to show the rotatable in-game sprite if you must.
I would also strongly suggest cutting the current numbers of troop-relic requirements in half across the board, as they are an absurd grind that put them out of reach of the vast majority of players currently. You should be trying to make all these different aspects of your game more accessible for people to take advantage of, not hiding it in a sub-screen of a sub-screen like you're embarrassed about it!
